Beautiful and Easy..not me..the food!

Tonight we had some friends over for dinner, which means my house is really clean! Anyone wanna take bets on how long it will stay that way? I'm not dirty... but I'm certainly not the most organized person in the world. Oh well, we can't have it all!

After dinner (salad, lasagna, and bread), we had a major chocolate fest!!! I made "Banana Brownies," and yummy "Godiva Coconut Martinis" that I threw together, which turned out yummy! Both look great, taste great, and are easy!! The pics were taken from my phone, so ignore the poor quality.

Banana Brownies:

1 Box Brownie Mix
3 Bananas
Fresh Strawberries
1 Box Vanilla Pudding
(you can use chocolate pudding for a richer taste)
1 8 oz container Cool Whip
Chocolate chips or shavings for decoration
1 1/4 Cup Milk

Make the brownies according to the instructions on the box, allow to cool. Slice bananas and layer on top of the brownies. Mix together the pudding and milk until smooth. Add the cool whip and mix. Pour the pudding/cool whip mix over the layer of bananas. Slice strawberries and layer on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips or chocolate shavings for decor. Enjoy!

Godiva Coconut Martini:

1 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
2 oz. Cream

Mix all ingredients, shake with ice, strain into martini glass
Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Garnish with a cherry and chocolate rimmed glass.
